Ms. Nermin Ucar founded Ultima Construction, Inc., in 2000, Brooklyn, New York as a Specialty Contractor. Ultima, over the past couple of years became a full fledge General Contractor and Construction Manager.

She certified the firm as a WBE company with New York City and State, servicing city agencies and private sector. By 2010, Ultima has completed more than fifty (50) projects as a General Contractor and Subcontractor. She has done this task of a focus and reputation on productivity, profitability, and providing the highest degree of quality workmanship for each project—all of this wrapped around company growth over the years!
